The model, Stephany A., and I spoke about the double standards when it comes to office-wear for women and men. As long as women feel confident & comfortable in what they're wearing, it shouldn't prevent them from doing their work efficiently. Yes, of course, she may catch attention, but that's fine, everyone will just keep looking at her.
